Pros: As long as you are part of the right business unit, you will be seeing a lot of cutting-edge tech to learn from.
Work-life balance is unmatched if you are within the internal or product-based business units. Some client-zero business units may have the same or similar WLB.
Cons: Although you will see cutting-edge tech, most of it is behind red tape. There's minimal funding for sandboxing. There are enough year-round hackathons to work with new tech, but when it comes to project production-level implementations, most business units flake out.
