Pros: Amazing co-workers.
Great work-life balance.
Great pay increases over time (high performance recognized).
LGBTQIA+ inclusive (USA).
Cons: Pushing for return to office (side note, they are granting exceptions, but I'm not sure how strict that is).
Benefits don't seem to include great options for healthy living. There used to be good benefits to support coworkers trying to get healthy, like CafeWell, but they have since gone away.
Dental plan not great (expensive for what you get).

Cons: The policy on compensations is absurd.
The grievance redressal system is pathetic.
Appraisals are based on an outdated "Bell curve" irrespective of the team's work.
There's a disconnect between senior management and other employees.
