I applied online, and three weeks later got an email for the first interview. The interview was through HireView and it had basic interview questions as well as three technical questions. I remember only one of them, which is the FizzBuzz question.

Pros: 1. Employee Treatment - IBM takes care of every need and requirement of its employees and ensures a better environment for them to work in. All employees are considered equal, be it an intern or a senior developer.
2. Flexible working hours.
Cons: I couldn't find any flaws during my working tenure at IBM. They are doing a pretty good job.
