Technical phone interview with the manager, followed by an onsite interview with the manager and two software developers. Most of the questions were about SQL and Java object-oriented programming. There were whiteboard programming questions and one brainstorming question.

Pros: IBM was one of the few companies that upheld their job offers during the COVID-19 pandemic, moving all internships virtually.
I've had a pleasant experience working for them. The management is fair and there are lots of resources for support.
Cons: No complaints, to be honest.
