Your hiring process needs work. IBMers fail to value others' time. Not only did I have problems taking IBM's assessment test, but when I received a phone call for my first interview, it was unscheduled and with no prior notice. My second interview, the interviewer failed to show up for the first and the second rescheduled interview. Furthermore, when attempting to get in contact with someone to figure out what was going on, I could not get anyone on the phone or receive a response to any email until a month later.
