I submitted my application, completed an online cognitive test, and then spoke with their talent acquisition partner on the phone.
She described the position and indicated that I would be receiving an email to coordinate an interview with the mentor from the team.
After several days passed with no word, I followed up over email and received no response. My online status indicated "Interviews".
Several days after that, I was unable to reach their acquisition partner on the phone, and my status was updated to "no longer under consideration".
When people are looking for work, it is unprofessional and inconsiderate to give them false hope.
