Process
The interview process was simple.
- I received a call from the Recruiter.
- I set up an initial interview with the Mentor and the Team Manager. Both the manager and the mentor were very helpful. They gave me the chance to work my way to the solutions and provided hints and explanations when I got stuck.
- I had a Technical Round after two weeks, focusing mainly on C++, as the position was for a C++ developer.

Pros: Laid back. You might have two weeks to complete a testing sprint, and they don't really care how you do it as long as it gets done.
10 AM - 4 PM core hours. So many products/areas to work on. Never get bored.
Cons: No pay raise for anybody the last 4 years, but the CEO gave herself a $1M bonus.
Only sideways career progression, never up.
