Pros: It's very close to home. It has a very good pension and healthcare scheme. There are local benefits too, like the cycle-to-work scheme etc.
Cons: Nepotism results in a large amount of jobs going to friends and relatives, who don't even suit the job.
No bonuses or overtime.
Has a very high employee turnover.
Some of the managers are too distant and don't even know what you do.
