Pros: Work at home is about the only plus I can think of. Benefits are subpar.
Cons: Never-ending work flow; expect to put in 10-12 hours a day. There is very little room for advancement. Most moves are blocked because of job cuts and off-shoring.

A wonderful opportunity fresh out of school

Pros: Work/Life Balance is literally amazing.
The environment and teams you work with are wonderful.
Managers have always been extremely helpful to me as a junior engineer.
You won't find a nicer group of people to work with.
Team leads and subject matter experts always seem willing to help when you get stuck.
Cons: Certain projects feel stagnant, as potential for growth seems entirely dependent on whether upper management feels the product/project is worth investing "resources" in.
