Work at home is about the only plus I can think of. Benefits are subpar.
Never-ending work flow; expect to put in 10-12 hours a day. There is very little room for advancement. Most moves are blocked because of job cuts and off-shoring.
Be honest and forthright about the future. Everything can't really be a secret, can it?
