After a recruiter sets a date for you, which is usually a 30-minute slot at their Smart Village office.
Although they were late and I entered my interview late, I was escorted into a room where I had a one-to-one interview. I was asked about my background and my future aspirations.
He then explained what the program was about and where I could fit.
