Process
After clearing OA, which was quite easy, all candidates had to go through only one interview round. This round was a technical + HR round and it was conducted online.
The interviewer asked easy DSA questions and then proceeded to ask about the skills mentioned in the resume and those mentioned in the JD. The interviewer also asked OOPs questions.
Even though many male candidates performed well, IBM reportedly hired only female candidates.
