The assessment includes:
- Two group challenges
- Two self-presentations
- One multiple-choice test, covering basic mathematics and logic, which you take individually.
The group challenges are tricky, as they allow you to demonstrate how you work with a team and perform under stress.

Pros: Great people; I learned a lot over the course of my internship. I had a mentor assigned to me that I could ask all the basic questions to at the beginning, without feeling stupid. After a small amount of time, the questions were few and far between. Fun work outings, sports, etc.
Cons: The office was very old-fashioned, boring, and lacking life. However, I believe this was expected to change to a more open-plan layout. I worked with teams remotely instead of working with those who were sitting right beside me. There was a huge workload, which left little time to unwind. There was not enough opportunity to be creative, perhaps due to working in automated testing.

Pros: Pay is good.
Some nice people.
Remote working allowance for equipment and WiFi.
Referral program.
Cons: Don't even provide the minimum in the office (tea, milk, coffee, etc.).
Work-life balance.
No sports and social.
Bullying in the workplace not taken seriously.
Zero job satisfaction.
People who make a lot of noise seem to go places, unlike the people who actually do the work.
Forcing people back to the office so it's no longer remote.
Work at weekends during releases.
Pager duty.
People who deserve promotions don't get them, so good talent is lost.
