Process
Hi Friends,
I attended the IBM GBS drive on April 10th and 11th, 2016, at CMRIT Hyderabad. The process took two days and consisted of three steps:
- Number series and simple quantitative questions (follow M4Maths only).
- Letter writing (22 bits - 20 minutes).
- HR interview (simple questions).
After that, they asked me to fill out a form and provide biometric signatures. However, I have not received any call or email from IBM yet, so I am waiting for confirmation. Is anyone else waiting for a confirmation email?

Pros: Work-life balance, promotions, good salary, responsible managers, and good guidance from a team leader.
Cons: No salary hikes were provided during my employment.

Pros: If you're loyal to management, the company is heaven. No one can ask you any questions. HR of the company is just for namesake. I really don't know the whole purpose of HR in IBM, just for rolling out offers?
Cons: There is a huge list which I cannot keep, but here are some:
* No hike once joined.
* No self-respect. A manager can shout at you on the floor, and you need to be just a puppet, even if it is not your fault. This is a kind of corporate jail company.
