Pros: IBM is very flexible and allows remote work with no further questions whenever it is possible, especially if you are in a support role. Also, you are exposed to many technologies and IBM products and have the chance to interact with other teams.
Cons: The facilities are not as modern as you would expect from a multinational. There are not even free beverages such as tea and coffee. The workplace is made up of a much older crowd, so depending on your age, you might feel a bit left out. Also, even though you are probably working within a team, you will feel that the lack of individual feedback is a problem.

Pros: My fellow employees are great to work with. I love working for them. They pay extremely well in my opinion. It's a very clean environment.
Cons: Costs like healthcare and commuting keep rising, with no pay raises to even keep things even. Not many other cons.
