- Write code designed to scale for millions of users.
- Hours are generally 40 per week.
- The company really tries to make you succeed and have you learn.
- Watson Health is trying to solve hard, interesting, and good problems.
- The office is in an amazing location (for Cambridge, MA).
Cons: - No food (yet?)
- A lot of audio conferencing, with a small push to video conferencing.
- A lot of young engineers, lacking senior engineers.
- Slow moving (healthcare has a lot of red tape).
