Pros: I work with a great team.
My first-line manager is awesome; he is very sensitive to my religious beliefs and practices.
I left IBM for a personal issue for a few months but came back because of my second-line manager. He is always looking out for his reports and very fun to work with.
Great work-life balance.
Cons: I love working with people around me, but after COVID and when we went remote, I got more work done. New ideas and social nearness are missing. The rest of the folks do not want to come back to the office to work. I wish they would.
