Met at a career fair and was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an on-site interview.
I had two interviews:
- One with the managers of the team, which was mostly about my background and how I would handle behavioral situations.
- One with the technical team, which focused on my technical background and different challenges I had faced in my classes.
I thought there would be coding or programming-based questions, but there weren't.

The learning experience I had and the contact with excellent professionals made all the difference in my professional career from then on.
Cons: Immense bureaucracy, often complicating simple day-to-day operations.

Pros: Nice big company.
IBM's policies and management are very flexible when it comes to working remotely or accommodating various life situations (sick days, doctor visits, etc.).
Management is encouraged to measure an employee by their work.
Cons: This is an intern job, and I don't see there are cons. Maybe the manager can assign more work for interns to provide more learning opportunities.
