Pros: You feel the projects you are working on really matter and have an impact on the industry.
Great work environment! Almost everyone I worked with has been nice and available to help me. For any doubt or new technology I am not familiar with, there is always a more expert colleague available to help, even from the other side of the world.
Huge amount of online courses, guides, and documentation regarding every technology.
Cons: Too many processes. Complex internal bureaucracy among different business units and groups slows the work in general.
