Great work environment! Almost everyone I worked with has been nice and available to help me. For any doubt or new technology I am not familiar with, there is always a more expert colleague available to help, even from the other side of the world. Huge amount of online courses, guides, and documentation regarding every technology.
Too many processes. Complex internal bureaucracy among different business units and groups slows the work in general.
Speed up the internal bureaucracy and reduce the management between the clients and who produce the actual software.
