Process
It was easy, compared to other tech company interviews. There were no algorithms or stuff like that, only general questions about web development or data science. You should be fine if you know terms from the field; it's nothing otherworldly.

Smart Team, Slow Politics
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Armonk, New York, United States

Pros: Lots of smart people, ability to work on a variety of different things, and move from team to team pretty easily.
Cons: Approvals take too long. Too many office politics and the chain of command makes approvals take forever.
Processes are not agile.
So many resource actions over the last few years, everyone feels like they have a target on their back.

Only good as a stepping stone
Software Engineer • Current Employee
August 28, 2012
Pros: Somewhat stable. Have an option to work from home when you "need" to, and receive e-mails every month about a new acquired company.
Cons: Things have changed.
You have to work insane hours to move up, and they expect you to do extra work just to get an average rating.
The raises have been a joke, if you even get them.
This company is good as a stepping stone.
