Pros: Stable, good people, verticals are there. I honestly enjoy my work, though I'm sure it's boring to some people. I feel that they do try to extend honest compensation to those that deserve it.
Cons: The workplace is garbage, disorganized. I've never seen a place run as wildly as IBM in its current form. Each week feels like a different project.
