A technical round took place.

After clearing the technical round, I proceeded to the salary discussion.

The HR representative, Madhuchhanda Ghosh, assured me that I would receive the offer letter within two weeks. After two weeks, I called, but she did not answer. There was no other way to check the status.

She finally responded after one month, and her communication was unprofessional. After one month and three weeks, I received a status update from IBM stating that they rejected my candidature "without giving any reason."

The company is going from good to worst. Do not trust the HRs.

The interview questions were easy.
