The process was pretty straightforward.
I had a phone interview with one manager that was mostly personal, with not many technical questions asked.
Then, I was asked to take the IPAT.
Overall, it was slow but not too hard.
The hiring manager that I talked to over the phone was very kind and kept in touch throughout the process.
