The process was straightforward and very friendly.

Although multiple people were involved in one day, it was a streamlined process. The interviews lasted about 3 hours, meeting with 4 people, and were very conversational.

They primarily wanted to understand how you would fit with the team, your willingness to learn, and your initiative with the company and its duties.
