Not a safe place for U.S. software devs
Competitive salary and not much after-hours support.
Benefits are below average. IBM is floundering in the cloud market and trying to remain relevant. Outsourcing is a constant threat for any U.S. engineer over the age of 35. The current CEO seems like a "one-trick pony" who only knows how to cut costs (and your job). I would not recommend for veteran developers.
