Process
The first written test consisted of 4 subjective programming questions and C language objective questions. This was followed by a face-to-face interview. The round was technical, with all questions related to Linux, C, and data structures, mostly from linked lists. Examples include finding a loop in a list or deleting a node from a list.

Pros: Here is a list of few pros:
- Good work in ISL.
- Flexible timings.
- No office politics.
- Focus on work.
- Allows employees to work on their skills apart from regular work.
- Opportunity to move into a desired work profile.
- Job security.
- Most importantly, very good managers that help employees to grow, not just about daily routine work.
Cons: You might be sometimes working in complete isolation.
Teams are sitting in different parts of the globe, and you are communicating only by chat and phone.

Pros: Good company. International brand is maintained. Excellent perks. (For some, salary is less than perks). WFH is available in abundance. Not much bench is maintained compared to TCS and Infosys. May get good implementations.
Cons: It's not so easy to get on-site since a lot of IBM employees were already established on-site long back. The salary is not good enough compared to others if you don't get any perks.
