Despite its size, it is increasingly an amalgamation of acquisitions, so you will find plenty of sites and departments that have the feel of a small company or startup.
Cons: There are endless protocols and red tape when doing things, and any small company or startup feels like it is only temporary in an acquisition as the 'Bluewash' rolls in. It does feel like an acquisition machine, focusing on shareholder happiness rather than innovation.
