Good and smooth. HR is prompt to reply and available on the phone as well. You know what is happening with your application. The interview process is time-taking but understandable given the number of applications. For me, it took around 4 weeks.

Cons: Lots of politics going on internally.
Skilled people are being placed in the wrong positions, so they just leave.
There's no money for hiring, but interviews are ongoing.
No growth at work.
