It was very nice and comfortable. Ten of us were all seated in a row, facing three judges.
We were all asked to describe ourselves, our strengths and weaknesses, and our motivation for the position.
The company culture was very nice, but I turned down the offer because there were sales quotas to be met.

Pros: Competitive salary and not much after-hours support.
Cons: Benefits are below average. IBM is floundering in the cloud market and trying to remain relevant. Outsourcing is a constant threat for any U.S. engineer over the age of 35. The current CEO seems like a "one-trick pony" who only knows how to cut costs (and your job). I would not recommend for veteran developers.
