Pros: Working with IBM has its own merits, such as flexible timing and work from home, even before the pandemic, and a nice office to work at in Bengaluru.
The work culture is good, and learning opportunities are more. Managers are friendly and help to grow the employee's career path.
Cons: It was good until it suddenly decided to spin off one of its entities, Kyndryl. All employees working on that entity were moved to this new company without a choice or say in it. Many left their jobs instead of joining the new company.
