Had a coding and technical interview a couple of weeks ago. The coding portion was based on LeetCode questions, and the next interview was more focused on behavioral questions. Overall, it was a great process with no complaints.

Pros: IBM is stable and has good benefits and salary.
Cons: Too much bureaucracy. Too short-sighted in the sense of sacrificing long-term benefits for short-term achievements. Penny wise and pound foolish.
