Process
The interview was fully technical. There were two rounds of interviews for me. The first was on the basics of Java, and the second was on EJB, JSP, and Servlets. I was informed about the results the same day. I was asked to submit all my documents the very next day and was paid a bonus for joining early.

Pros: In my experience, the corporate policy on ethics is followed and beneficial in many aspects to employees. A lot of experienced coworkers are very helpful, and there is usually no problem getting help from other IBM sites. As a software engineer, which is not very often in contact with clients, I'm not required to wear formal clothing, which is actually great.
Cons: Salaries are not updated in line with inflation, and raises need an outstanding PBC (annual evaluation). This is very difficult since raises are mostly limited to a percentage by policy.
