Process
There were four stages to the interview: two technical and two personal.
The first stage was a technical exam, which went fine.
After that, they began interviews with another person, which in my case was virtual.
Questions
The questions weren't bad; they were medium-level LeetCode.
The timeframe, at least for me, was fairly tight.

Pros: As I worked with IBM for more than three years, it was a great period of my life where I gained and developed BI & DWH concepts from my seniors. IBM has a great environment to work and build a career.
Cons: I personally did not find any downsides in this organization.
