Process
The interview process involved the following steps:
First, an interview with the hiring manager, who mostly asked about soft skills to assess cultural fit with the company/team.
Then, the hiring manager invited the team leader, who focused on understanding your capability to excel at the job requirements.
Afterwards, a second manager from the company joined for a casual chat.
The entire process was completed within one day.
