I applied online and got an OA online interview. It includes 3 coding questions and 5 video questions. The coding questions are fairly simple, and the video questions need more time to prepare. Overall, it is very simple. You can prepare by looking at some basic behavioral questions online.

Pros: Good culture, huge human database of knowledge, and excellent colleagues.
Focus on results more than just warming the seat to show your face.
Cons: Depends a lot on the managers. If you have a good manager, excellent, but if you have a bad one, it could be a problem. In my case, I asked for a change because my manager wasn't the best, and finally my petition wasn't taken. This finally ended with me leaving the company.
