Pros: A large company with many different jobs. You can change careers within the company. It provides some training, both online and in the classroom. The working environment is nice.
Cons: Employee benefits are getting worse and worse.
We are paid less among big companies.
The company is heading downwards and shifting jobs overseas.
Job security is minimal.
