There were only two questions, similar to "LeetCode" style questions. These were beginner-level questions, just checking basic understanding.

The people are all very nice and like to share knowledge and experience at IBM. The collaboration is very good; we often use instant messenger to help each other, even when we are in different locations.Cons: The food in the cafeteria is expensive. We often have tech talks in each Research Center; however, we cannot see all the talks online. It would be much better if IBM provided free drinks and free food.
