Good company, very good collaboration environment
It matches my interests. It provides a very good environment. We often have company and play events. People often get back home very early. We often have tea time and tech talks. The people are all very nice and like to share knowledge and experience at IBM. The collaboration is very good; we often use instant messenger to help each other, even when we are in different locations.
The food in the cafeteria is expensive. We often have tech talks in each Research Center; however, we cannot see all the talks online. It would be much better if IBM provided free drinks and free food.
Very good management.
