I was invited to a Hirevue interview where I had to answer questions by recording my responses through a webcam. The questions consisted of both behavioral and technical coding questions.
It was quite awkward having to talk to my webcam, and I felt it put me in a very awkward light. I definitely need more practice talking by myself before doing this interview.
