I attended an assessment center, and after that, I was called for an interview. During the interview, one person asked me out-of-the-ordinary questions, perhaps to test my endurance, while another asked me technical questions.

Pros: Overall, nice learning opportunities.
Plenty of courses to take, especially when you want to change technologies.
Cons: The payment structure needs to be improved. Raises, if they come, are at 1.5 years instead of yearly. They are nowhere near close to inflation, even though reviews have been good.
