This hiring screener was ridiculous. It took 2-4 hours to complete before I could even speak to a human.
The questions themselves were not difficult.
However, I did not like being forced to do an entire 4-hour session at once and then receive no feedback.

Pros: Good pay, some flexibility... really depends if you work in Hardware or Software.
Payscale is good compared to other companies, at least in Austin.
Cons: Offshoring, a complex management system. Likes to make everything, every single thing, way too complicated.
Management does not value employee loyalty and experience. If they don't need you, then you are out.
Management keeps changing often. It's hard to focus when your management keeps on reorganizing every 4-6 months.
By the time you get comfortable working with one manager, you have another manager and his style to adapt to.
Employee morale is also low because of this.
