It's just one round of online assessment, followed by another phone interview. The interview asks some medium-level LeetCode questions. They also put more emphasis on different API methods, such as in what scenarios to use PUT/DELETE, etc.

Pros: Lots of opportunity for learning and growth if you are willing to travel and take on challenges. Canadian market opportunities are definitely centered in the east, and career growth is focused in those areas (unless you are an executive).
Cons: Undergoing a major transformation towards a technology suite, putting a lot of emphasis on the Watson and C(Cloud), A(Analytics), M(Mobile), S(Social), and S(Security) space.
Some traction in the marketplace, but usually with large clients. IBM rates are pricing them out of most public sector opportunities.
