Pros: IBM is a wonderful place to work, I can say this very clearly.
You become like a family with your teammates, and you are sure that they will always have your back.
One of the best companies you can work for to improve and learn; they allow you to push your limits.
You can always find the opportunity to change your career and consider a new position.
You have unlimited resources if you want to learn.
Cons: I've been working here for 10 years, and unfortunately, it gets worse every year in terms of working hours and wages.
You will likely work harder than anyone you know.
It is not acceptable to be paid below the market, and a large part of employees who leave the company are leaving because of this.
You work harder than all the other companies that are supported, but you have to constantly push to get paid what you deserve. This is really exhausting. I still don't understand why you can't get a raise regularly.
