Pros: Flexible work hours, good work-life balance. This is a great place to work if you have young children or family commitments, as management is very understanding if you have to rearrange your schedule at the last minute.
Cons: Getting more difficult to move up, with almost no salary increases in the past five years. If you are just starting out, you'll be stuck in a low pay category for a very long time, since they are not really investing in new talent.
