The manager was very polite and made me comfortable, so I was able to answer all questions easily. He also explained what my roles and responsibilities would be if I joined there, and what is expected of me. It was more of a mutual discussion.

Pros: Wide exposure to the new dimensions in technology, which you will get if you have the chance of working on multiple projects.
Cons: No recognition for the work you do. Too much competition from your peers. Payscale is not up to the market standards.
