IBM CV submission (you have to fill in their template) Online Test - Consists of logical reasoning questions Assessment Center
This is a long assessment day, but a good experience nonetheless. It will be broken down into several parts.
For me, the day was broken into three separate parts: Intro, IPAT test, Software Aptitude test, Group exercise, Presentation, 1-1.
My presentation and 1-1 were done with the same person. The 1-1 was straight after I did my presentation. They can ask you a variety of questions to test your credibility. They will prepare a few questions based on what you mentioned in the CV itself (the IBM CV template).
Group exercises include one where you solve a challenge with a group of people.

Pension contribution is up to 5%. Difficult to experiment, as expenses are obstacles again. Relatively expensive rates and software deter customers, making us easy prey to smaller competition.
