Pros: Transparency, Objectivity, Values, Personal Respect.
Cons: Compensation is a huge consideration, currently below industrial standards. Procedural hurdles exist when accomplishing tasks, at times with loose procedures in place. Help building a career path is missing, wherein management should pitch in for the benefit of employees.

Pros: This is a Human Resource outsourcing company. Your stress level and work-life balance depend on the client you are placed at.
Cons: Definitely, the management plays its dirty politics! You can never grow, never update your knowledge, as there won't be any leave offered, needless to say about sponsorship.
