Many opportunities, but you can get lost in the ocean
Technical Team Lead • Former Employee
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
June 20, 2014
Pros: There are many, many opportunities whatever your interest may be. However, one needs to pursue them with aggressiveness and do a lot of homework to understand them.
Cons: The policies are making it more and more difficult for genuine, above-average contributors to fall through the gaps and get lost in the complicated processes, losing out on seniority for promotion and deserved salary hikes. The organization is saturated at the mid-management level, and management is using the bell curve in exactly the manner it should not be—to avoid rewarding the deserving.
