The entire interview process, from beginning to end, took around 2.5 months.
The HR team was quite helpful. The only issue was that the process was quite time-consuming.
In the end, I had to call multiple times to get an update on the process.

Pros: Learning helps to grow in a proper way. IBM is the most convenient place in the world that provides that wide range and assets of learning and mandates that for all employees to grow in a proper way.
